Project Experience: Shopping Centers
In recent years, several shopping centers have approached Pedestrian Studies about the possibility of conducting detailed analyses of the pedestrian traffic flow within their facilities. Having this type of data helps facility managers to better-understand how their properties are being utilized, as well as the impacts of new/anchor tenants and/or renovation and remodeling work. It also helps managers to provide supporting data to tenants related to visibility and associated lease rates.
