Pedestrian Friendly Improvement Plan for Rogers, Minnesota Shopping Center
Guided contractor’s improvements to the pedestrian environment around a small shopping center (City Center) during an expansion phase. New trails linking the center to the public library, bank, town Mainstreet and a restaurant were designed and partially implemented – waiting for additional development phases. A space for a public market/town square was shaped from the center parking lot.
